RYA POWERBOAT 2 WITH NAVIGATION

Two days of theory, which can be done online, plus two days practical experience in our smart fast RIB, gives you the knowledge and confidence to drive a speedboat.

MARINE RADIO COURSE

A one-day course (sometimes split into two half days) that can be added onto your practical tuition. Learn how to operate a marine radio correctly and get an operators licence.

DIESEL MAINTENANCE COURSE

Get to grips with the basics of a marine diesel engine on this one day course. With 'hands on' instruction from our friendly and knowledgeable instructor you'll soon feel more comfortable that you know what to do to maintain your engine or deal with simple problems (Melody vouches for this course!)

We specialise in private courses for couples or friends. Any of our courses are available as a private option. It is possible for members of a party to take different courses on the same yacht.

If you need to gain more experience after taking an RYA sailing course, why not book on one of our milebuilding trips? Alternatively we are happy for you to sail with us at any time without taking a formal course. Our instructors will help you work on the areas that you want to improve.

We run Day Skipper and Coastal Skipper/Yachtmaster shorebased courses once or twice a year, and a Sea Survival course once a year. Yachtmaster Preparation courses can be arranged on request for those with sufficient seatime.
